Min, with combined background of legal and finance, has over 16 years of experience in real estate, private equity, debt, and trust investment management, with an outstanding track record at leading international investment companies including KKR, Sino-ocean Group, Oceanwide, Minsheng Trust, Rencent Capital and SSC family offices, where he held senior roles such as Investment Director and Managing Director.

He has managed investments exceeding 30 B AUD, covering high-profile real estate and private equity funds across the US, China, Australia, Asia-Pacific, and Europe. His notable real estate investments include Chengdu Taikoo Li, Melbourne EQ Tower, San Francisco Oceanwide Center, and Beijing Oceanwide International. His equity investments include ByteDance (TikTok), Hugging Face, Alipay, JD Logistics, CATL, and NIO, with over 16 projects successfully achieved IPOs in the USA, HK, and mainland China.

Min's achievements have been internationally recognized, earning him numerous awards including "Top 100 Investors & Top 30 Young Investment Leaders of 2022," "Top 10 FOF Investor of 2021," "Top 30 Overseas Returnees Investors in China 2023," and "Best FOF Young Investor Under 40 in 2023."
